What is PowerAgent?

PowerAgent is our AI automation layer, embedded natively in our Salesforce platform, designed to handle complete operational workflows from start to finish. Unlike chatbots that simply answer questions, PowerAgent executes multi-step processes that typically require significant staff time and coordination.

Starting with contract terminations

Our first PowerAgent workflow tackles one of the most time-intensive processes in property management: contract terminations.

When a tenant needs to terminate their contract, they can simply ask PowerAgent through the STAY app: “I need to terminate my contract.” PowerAgent then verifies their identity and contract conditions, checks termination requirements and timing, and — if conditions are met — executes the complete workflow automatically.

The automated workflow includes:
