This Privacy Policy explains how Digishift BV (“Powerhouse”, “we”) processes personal data of visitors to usepowerhouse.io and people who contact us or request a demo. If you use the Powerhouse application, our Product Privacy Notice also applies. Where we process personal data on behalf of a customer, our Data Processing Agreement governs.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

  • Contact information: your name, email address and phone number when you submit a form, book a demo, or contact us.
  • Usage information: how you interact with the website, including IP address, browser type, operating system and referral source.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used to run the site and, with your consent, for analytics and marketing (see our Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings).

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • To operate, secure and improve the website — our legitimate interests.
  • To respond to your enquiries and to schedule and follow up on demos — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interests.
  • To send updates and marketing communications — your consent, or our legitimate interests for business contacts where permitted; you can opt out at any time.
  • For analytics and marketing cookies — your consent, managed through Cookie Settings.
  • To comply with legal obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.

This replaces any suggestion that using the website constitutes blanket consent: each purpose relies on the specific legal basis stated above.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies (including via Google Tag Manager). You can manage your choices through Cookie Settings; full details are in our Cookie Policy.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data with service providers and sub-processors who help us operate the website and our business, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Where a service provider is located outside the EEA, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Enquiry and lead data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be.

9. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The updated Policy will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
