You set the standard agents in the product have to meet: what they take on, how the result is judged, and when a person steps in.
What you'll do
- ✓Own the agent layer across the product: what it takes on, how it is judged, and when a person takes over.
- ✓Set the production bar. A correct outcome, a clean handoff, and a record of what the agent did.
- ✓Decide what may run on its own, and what stays in a person’s hands.
- ✓Hold that standard as the product grows, with the product engineers, so the agents live in the PMS.
What we're looking for
- ✓You have taken software built on models into production, and you stayed accountable after the launch.
- ✓You know the difference between an agent that demos well and one an operator will leave running.
- ✓You have drawn the line on what an agent must refuse, and you have held that line.
- ✓You are used to owning the outcome, with the founders close and very little between a decision and production.
