You'll be the operator's partner after the sale — onboarding them well, driving adoption, and turning happy customers into advocates who scale their portfolios on Powerhouse.

What you'll do

  • Own onboarding and time-to-value for new operators.
  • Drive adoption, retention and expansion across accounts.
  • Be the voice of the customer inside product.
  • Turn results into stories, references and referrals.

What we're looking for

  • Experience owning B2B / SaaS accounts post-sale.
  • Genuinely organised and proactive — you spot risk early.
  • Comfort being technical enough to guide an operator.
  • Operator empathy and patience for complex setups.
