What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound sales efforts by creating and executing targeted outreach campaigns that generate high-quality leads and new business.
- Engage in strategic outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) with guidance and support to build meaningful conversations and opportunities.
- Analyze and improve sales strategies using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and execute our sales strategy.
- Dive into challenges with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
- Attend international events to engage with the market and connect with potential customers.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- ✅ Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
- ✅ A strong communicator and has interpersonal skills – you can explain ideas clearly and persuade effectively
- ✅ Result-driven – you know how to reach your targets and create impact
- ✅ Structured – you’ll be dealing with a lot of prospects
- ✅ Coachable – you're open to feedback and eager to improve
- ✅ Experienced in B2B SaaS sales & startups — is a plus but not required
- ✅ Fluent in English and Dutch; conversational French is a plus
- ✅ Familiar with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and CRM (Salesforce) — is a bonus.
